The transfer application process is simple and can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.
There are certain classes you must have completed as a high school student and meet certain GPA requirements from college to be considered for admission to the university. Please double-check that you meet the Transfer Requirements.
The W has NO APPLICATION FEE, and you can complete the form in 5 to 10 minutes.

You will need to request your transcripts to be sent to us from any college you attended.
What we need:
Your admissions portal will show what documents we have and what is missing. Your admissions counselor may also reach out to you if there is something need (or just to say hi).
Once we have all your documents, we will evaluate your application. Waiting is the hardest part, we know. We try to respond to you within two business days after we receive all required documents.
Once you've been admitted, we will ask you to complete the intent to enroll form. This form is included in your admissions portal and lets us know you plan to attend The W.
You may also need to complete additional tasks like submitting immunization records, apply for on-campus housing, or complete financial aid paperwork. Check out the Admitted Students section for more details.
After we've verified your transcripts and scores, we will automatically send you a notification of any institutional scholarships you qualify to receive within 3 to 5 business days.
You may also qualify for departmental or other scholarships, state or federal grants, and other benefits. To qualify for these, you will need to complete a FAFSA.
