Cromwell Theatre
Located in Cromwell Communication Center, the Cromwell Theatre is the primary stage of the Department of Theatre. Designed with flexible, stadium style seating options the theatre can seat an audience of 275 in the thrust configuration, or 350 when configured as a theatre-in-the-round. The theatre features a full lighting grid, and sound system.

Second Stage Theatre
The Second Stage Theatre is a small studio theatre with a seating capacity of 80. Located on the second floor of Cromwell, Second Stage is the home of our student directed one play festivals and doubles as classroom and rehearsal space for acting classes.

Rent Auditorium
The grand concert hall of the university. Located in Whitfield Hall, Rent Auditorium features a proscenium stage and seating for 1,200. In the Department of Theatre, we put this stage to use for children's theatre, performing to thousands of area school children from across the region. This venue features a full lighting grid and house sound system.

The Scene Shop
Located in Cromwell Communication Center, the Scene Shop is outfitted with woodworking, electrical and painting areas. The shop also features an area for building props.

Sewing machines, bolts of fabric, and hundreds of costumes can all be found in the Costume Shop.
