Class Descriptions

CORE & STRETCH – 30 minutes of core exercises combined with a 15-minute stretch session will be sure to keep the abs, back and spine on point.

CYCLE – If you’re looking to step up your cardio fitness, then hopping on a bike is the way to do it! This 45-minute cycle class will take you through flat roads, hills and sprints to get the heart rate pumping and the legs strong!

MILLER’S MARTIAL ARTS – Oliver Miller, owner of Miller’s Tae Kwon Do and martial arts aficionado will introduce you to the world of martial arts! This class will be a 45-minute class that will go over basic techniques  – basic punches, blocks and kicks!

Pilates– Balanced movements with core activation creates long and symmetrical muscles using focused exercise techniques performed on a mat. Some light tool accessories will be used.

POUND – Channel your inner rock star with this 45-minute full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Bright green drumsticks called Ripstix are provided!

SCULPT & TONE – A varying combination of both heart and muscle strengthening exercises, using a variety of fitness tools in addition to body weight will deliver a sculpted and toned physique.

YOGA – Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles & invigorate your mind. Experience mind, body, spirit wellness with deep breathing techniques.

Yoga 101- Whether you’re a senior, coming off physical therapy or injury, or are simply new to the methodology, this class will be perfect for you.

Yoga Flow- Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles and invigorate your mind. Experience mind, body, and spirit wellness with deep breathing techniques.

Yoga Gentle- This class takes a gentle approach to yoga and gives you easier transitions from pose to pose, while still experiencing mind, body, and spirit wellness with deep breathing techniques.

ZUMBA MASH-UP – An invigorating dance class featuring Hip-Hop, blended with a variety of dance styles of all flavors. This class will be sure to make you sweat and put a smile on your face!
