Dr. Kristi DiClemente is a contributor to the recently published book “Litigating Women Gender and Justice in Europe c. 1300-c. 1800.” Edited by Teresa Phipps and Deborah Youngs and published Dec. 31, 2021, the book examines the experiences of litigating women across pre-modern Europe and analyzes the research being done in the field.
