My name is Jessica McDill and I am the Student Success Navigator for the College of Business and Professional Studies. My job is to assist students with any academic OR personal barriers to success.
My services include (but are not limited to):
- Mentoring & advising students through juggling school, work, and home life
- Connecting students with research skills resources while working in conjunction with the Student Success Center
- Providing knowledge and experience in adjusting to university life
- Career Coaching - Major selection and real-life careers
- Guiding students through their academic plan
- Equipping students with the skills of success through graduation
