Choose Healthy, Eat Wise

Project CHEW was launched in the fall of 2015 to raise awareness and provide demonstrations of food preparation with healthy ingredients with the goal of a healthier Mississippi.

The centerpiece of the program is the traveling food truck demonstrating healthy cooking techniques and emphasizing locally-sourced foods.
