Business Administration - Culinary Management, BAS

The Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Business Administration with a concentration in Culinary Arts allows individuals holding an Associate of Applied Science degree to progress toward a baccalaureate degree by accepting a predetermined amount of career and technical credit. The B.A.S. graduate will be able to combine the applied skill set learned in his or her career / technical program and his or her accrued real world experience with additional skills learned at MUW to build pathways for further career advancement.

 

 

Curriculum

The curriculum consists of three elements — each one carefully crafted to produce the well-rounded graduate:

General Education Requirements (Core Curriculum) - 38-39 hours
Career / Technical Transfer (up to) - 40 hours
Concentration - 46 hours
Total Hours - 121 hours*

*Community college transfer students must earn at least 25 percent of their academic credits from The W.
