Is it true that I can get Office 365 for free?
Yes.  Once you log into the portal, you should have access to Office 365 by simply selecting the Office 365 icon.
You can either use it in the cloud or download up to 5 copies on your devices.

What if I have problems with my course?
It is very important that you read over your syllabus at the beginning of the course and familiarize yourself with the course expectations. If you have any questions concerning your online or hybrid course, the first point of contact should always be your instructor. 

At Mississippi University for Women, Canvas student support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.  Please be mindful that students will not have access to courses until the first day of class.  The date for the first day of class is located on the official academic calendar. Courses that are added or dropped are not immediately reflected in Canvas.  Please check Canvas throughout the day to make sure that is has been processed.  If it still does not appear, please contact ITS at 662-329-7282.
