Additional Information

I am from Nettleton, Mississippi. I married my high school sweetheart, Phillip Baulch. We have two children. They have given us four beautiful grandchildren. Being a “Dede” is the most important role in my life. We love to travel. Our favorite places are Smith Lake in Alabama, Destin Florida, Caribbean Cruises, snow skiing in Colorado, and riding our Harley through Montana and Wyoming. I earned my first two degrees at Mississippi State University: Communications with emphasis in Public Relations and Elementary Education with endorsements in English, social studies, early childhood, and mild to moderate special education. My master’s in Educational Leadership was earned at Arkansas State University. But I wanted more! On my bucket list was a doctorate degree so I applied at Liberty University where I earned a Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction and my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis in Special Education. I was in the classroom PreK-6th grade for almost twenty years and I loved every minute of it.
A few things you don’t know about me are:
1) I am obsessed with airplanes. My dream is to be a pilot. I have had this obsession since I was a young girl.
2) I would also love to be a farmer. I love outdoors and I love the summer heat.
3) My favorite color is WHITE. Some say white is not a color, it is the absence of color, but I love the absence of color white!

But now I love BLUE too. The long blue line at The W!
