Dr. Fuller is a pastor's spouse. His wife, Rev. Dr. Allison Stacey Parvin, is the pastor of BethEden Lutheran Church in rural Winston County. His a very proud Girl Dad to a 9th grader and 7th grade twins. He and his family have a home on property that was homesteaded by his great, great grandfather in the 1850's. They have 15 chickens, 4 bunnies, 4 cats, 3 dogs, and an aquarium full of tropical fish.

His birthday is May 4th, but he is not a Star Wars fan.
