Pre-Physical Therapy

Bachelor of Sciences in Kinesiology

The Pre-Physical Therapy (PT) program is designed for students who, after completing their bachelor’s degree, wish to become licensed physical therapists by entering an accredited PT school. Our curriculum includes the required courses for admission to the PT school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC).  

The Pre-PT program includes an internship at a physical therapy clinic where students gain hands-on experience and complete required observation hours
