Barre: This class is a challenging and creative barre experience that weaves together traditional muscle-sculpting barre choreography with exhilarating cardio segments to define and challenge the body in a whole new way.

Core & Stretch: 30 minutes of core exercises and 15 minutes of stretch will be sure to keep the abs, back and spine on point!

Cycle: If you're looking to step up your cardio fitness, then hopping on a bike is the way to do it! This 45-minute cycle class will take you through flat roads, hills and sprints to get the heart rate pumping and the legs strong!

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is a class combined of strength and cardio using a series of exercises and techniques to include body weight, bands and weights.

POUND®: Channel your inner rockstar with this 45-minute full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!

Yoga: Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles and invigorate your mind. Experience mind, body, and spirit wellness with deep breathing techniques.

 Zumba®: Enjoy a 45-minute session of movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
