COLUMBUS, Miss. -- Dr. Brenda Dickey, assistant professor of education and assessment coordinator for the department of education, has been appointed by Gov. Phil Bryant to serve as a member of the Governor’s Task Force on Teacher preparation for Early Literacy. As a member of the Task Force, Dr. Dickey is requested to make recommendations based on her expertise and knowledge.
